The Aix Campus 1 residence is fully secure (surveillance camera, videophone with fob and digicode, reception service, caretaker). It stands in a quiet area next to La Nativité School, is near all amenities and a few minutes from Aix-en-Provence city centre.

The residence has 140 furnished and equipped 19-26m² lodgings near: IPSO Dental Academy, ISEC, ESG, Science Faculty, Merkure Business School, Susini School and the IUT Law and Literature faculties.
You have access to a range of free facilities: communal lounge with Netflix and table football, gym with trainer, bike shed, hoover and iron available to borrow etc.
The residence also has a car park, launderette, drink and snack machine, breakfast, housekeeping, linen hire and TV at extra charge.
